How to use it
Wipe the jacket down with the cleaner using the cloth provided. Let it dry fully, then apply a thin, even layer of conditioner. Buff off any excess after a few hours. Repeat every 2–3 months, or after heavy wear.
Non-toxic, gentle formula — safe for smooth leather. Not intended for suede or shearling.

Is this genuine leather?
Yes. Every NSM Jackets product is made from 100% real leather (full-grain or top-grain lambskin, or genuine suede/shearling depending on the style) — never synthetic or "pleather."
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each jacket is made to order — crafting takes 1–2 days in our workshop, followed by 3–4 days worldwide delivery. Most orders arrive within a week of purchase.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it, no questions asked. We also offer a free "Find My Fit" quiz to help you choose the right size before you order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free worldwide on every order.
Is return shipping free?
Yes, for customers in the US and UK, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Can I get a different size or color after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it. Once delivered, you can exchange it within the 30-day window.
