Most leather brands buy finished jackets and mark them up. We cut and stitch ours in our own workshop — and we have done long before we sold a single one under our own name.
Where the other $300 goes
Two jackets. The same lambskin, the same stitching, the same hardware. One costs $500 and one costs $159. The difference isn't the leather — it's how many companies took a cut before it reached you.

How a jacket actually gets made
Hide selection
Every hide is chosen piece by piece, by hand — not approved in bulk by someone who never touches the material.
Pattern cutting
Cut against our own blocks. Leather gives you one attempt — a wrong cut is a wasted hide, not a re-do.
Stitching
Done by people who do this as their trade, not as one disconnected step on an assembly line.
Finishing
Hardware fitted, lining set, every seam checked before the jacket leaves the workshop.

Yes. Our workshop produces for established leather labels as a contract manufacturer. We can't name them, but it's the same patterns, the same sizing, and the same hands that make the jackets sold here.
In our own workshop in Karachi, Pakistan — a city with a long-established leather trade. Orders are fulfilled from the USA and UK.
Genuine full-grain and top-grain leather across the catalogue. Never bonded, never faux, never "vegan leather" sold as the real thing.
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it, as long as it's unworn with tags and packaging intact. US and UK customers get a prepaid return label.
