Terms of service

These terms apply when you use nsmjackets.com or buy from us. The site is owned and operated by NSM Jackets Ltd (Company No. 16838927), registered in England and Wales, trading as NSM Jackets.

"We", "us" and "our" mean NSM Jackets Ltd. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Using this site

By buying from us you confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live. Please do not use the site unlawfully, upload anything harmful, or try to get around our security.

2. Products and descriptions

We work hard to keep photographs, descriptions and measurements accurate. Two things to know about real leather: colours can look different on different screens, and every hide has natural variation in grain and tone. That variation is a feature of genuine leather, not a defect.

Occasionally something on the site will be wrong — a typo, a price, a stock level. If that happens we may correct it and, where necessary, cancel or adjust the affected order and refund you in full.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices can change without notice. What you pay is the price shown at checkout. We display prices in several currencies; the currency you are charged in is confirmed at checkout. Shipping is free and we pay import duties and taxes, so the checkout total is what you pay in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or bulk reselling rather than a personal purchase. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Please keep your billing and delivery details accurate — most delivery problems start with an address typo.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel any time before dispatch, and return within 30 days of delivery. The full detail is in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms reduces your legal rights. In the UK the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. UK and EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period. These rights sit alongside our own policies, which in most cases give you more.

7. Intellectual property

The photographs, product descriptions, design elements, and the NSM Jackets name and logo belong to us. Please do not reproduce or reuse them commercially without asking first.

8. Things you send us

If you send us reviews, feedback, photographs or suggestions, you give us permission to use them without owing you payment. Please only send material you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful or offensive.

9. Third-party links

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to. Check their own terms and policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Resolving problems

Before raising a chargeback with your bank or a claim through PayPal, please contact us at support@nsmjackets.com. Almost everything is resolved faster that way, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and our posted policies are the whole agreement between us.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.

14. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Changes do not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
