How Long Will It Take?
Most orders ship from our Karachi workshop. A selection of in-stock styles also ships within the US from our US fulfilment partner.
Karachi Hub
Shipped via DHL Express or FedEx to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia. Includes 1 business day for making and processing, followed by 3–4 business days for courier transit. Full tracking included.
US In-Stock Styles
Selected in-stock styles ship domestically via UPS or USPS. Availability varies by style and size. Estimated delivery is 4–5 business days from ordering, including 1 business day for processing and 3–4 business days for transit.

Crafting
Made-to-order jackets are cut, stitched, and assembled by hand by our leather craftsmen. Every jacket passes quality control before dispatch.
Dispatched & Tracked
Packed in our signature NSM box and handed to the courier. You’ll receive your tracking number via email immediately.
Delivered To Your Door
Your jacket arrives. If anything is wrong — contact us within 48 hours and we will sort it immediately.
Free Shipping, Duties & Taxes Paid
Shipping is free on every order to the countries we ship to. No minimum spend. We pay all import duties and taxes — no extra charges on delivery.

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped from our US stock are domestic, so no customs apply. For orders shipped internationally from Karachi (including to the US and UK), we pay all import duties and taxes — you won’t be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
Address Changes
Contact us immediately at orders@nsmjackets.com if you need to change your delivery address. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Lost Packages
In the rare event your package is lost, contact us and we will open a courier investigation. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund in full.
Tracking Updates
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first movement after dispatch — this is normal. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will chase the courier straight away.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. For your production status or expected dispatch date, contact us at orders@nsmjackets.com.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to 32 countries: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, all 27 European Union countries and Switzerland. Select your country and enter your address at checkout to confirm service availability.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Contact us at orders@nsmjackets.com before placing your order if you need urgent delivery. We will advise on the fastest option for your location.
What if I am not home for delivery?
The courier will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery. You can also contact the courier directly using your tracking number to arrange a convenient delivery time.
