You can exchange it for a different size, swap it for a different style entirely, or return it for a refund. All three are on the table, and all three are genuinely easy.

- Keep the tags and packaging. Items need to be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

- For US and UK customers, a prepaid return shipping label is provided, so you're not paying out of pocket to send it back.
- Ship it back and we'll handle the rest — exchanges are processed and reshipped as soon as the return is received, and refunds go back to your original payment method.
The Most Common "Doesn't Fit" Scenarios — and What We'd Actually Suggest
"The chest fits, but the shoulders feel wide."
This usually means the size is one notch too big overall. Because shoulder width doesn't have much flexibility once a jacket is made, sizing down typically solves it — the chest will still have enough room for a t-shirt or thin layer.
"It fits, but the sleeves are too long."
Genuine leather sleeves can be shortened by a tailor if everything else about the fit is right — often cheaper and faster than a full exchange, and it's a fix a tailor can usually do in a single visit.
"I want it more fitted through the body."
If you ordered "true to size" and want it closer to the body, sizing down one size usually gets you there, especially in our biker and cafe racer styles, which are already cut slim.
"It's just... not what I expected once I saw it in person."
This happens with any jacket bought online. If the fit is fine but the style isn't what you pictured, a straight return (rather than exchange) is usually the right call, and you can browse a different style with your size already confirmed.
