We ship from 3 locations to get your jacket to you as fast as possible. Your order ships from the warehouse closest to you.
Karachi Warehouse
International shipping via DHL Express or FedEx. Full tracking included.
USA Warehouse
Domestic US shipping via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Fast and reliable.
UK Warehouse

Your jacket arrives. If anything is wrong â contact us within 48 hours and we will sort it immediately.

Customs & Duties
UK and US warehouse orders are domestic â no customs fees. International orders from Karachi may be subject to local import duties depending on your country.
Address Changes
Contact us immediately at nsmjackets@gmail.com if you need to change your delivery address. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Lost Packages
In the rare event your package is lost, contact us and we will open a courier investigation. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund in full.
Tracking Updates
Tracking may not update for 24â48 hours after dispatch â this is normal. If there is no movement after 5 days, contact us immediately.
