SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 7-10 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is offered on all orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Damaged or Lost Packages
NSM Jackets Ltd is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or NSM Jackets directly at orders@nsmjackets.com to file a claim.
