Every NSM jacket is made in our own workshop in Karachi, Pakistan. Here is exactly how your order reaches you.
The short version
- Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend
- We pay all import duties and taxes, so the price at checkout is the final price
- Orders arrive in 2–4 business days from the day you order, including the time we take to make your jacket
- Full tracking on every order
Where your order ships from
Karachi workshop (most orders). Shipped by DHL Express or FedEx with full tracking. Orders arrive within 2–4 business days of ordering, including the time we spend making your jacket.
US in-stock styles. A selection of popular styles is held in stock in the United States and ships domestically via UPS or USPS, arriving within 2–4 business days. Availability varies by style and size.
We do not have a UK warehouse. UK and EU orders ship from Karachi.

We ship to 41 countries: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and every EU country, plus Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Israel. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery to you.
Shipping cost
Free on every order to every country we ship to. No minimum spend, no surcharges, no surprises at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes: we pay them
Orders shipped from our US stock are domestic, so no customs apply. For orders shipped internationally from Karachi, we pay all import duties and taxes on your behalf. The courier will not ask you for anything on delivery.
If a courier ever asks you to pay duties or taxes, please do not pay. Contact us at orders@nsmjackets.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7882 742300 and we will sort it out with them directly.
Processing and delivery times
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing on the next business day.
- Most jackets are made to order in our Karachi workshop before dispatch, and that time is included in the 2–4 business day delivery window.
- Occasionally a delivery can take longer because of a customs check, severe weather or a courier delay. If anything is running behind, we will email you. You will not have to chase us.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first movement, which is normal. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 business days, contact us and we will chase the courier straight away.

Need to change your address?
Email orders@nsmjackets.com straight away. We can update the address while the order is still with us, but not once it has been handed to the courier.
Lost or damaged in transit
Email orders@nsmjackets.com and we will open an investigation with the courier. If your parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will reship it or refund you in full. This is our problem to solve, not yours.
