NSM is a leather workshop in Karachi. Long before a jacket carried our name, our patterns, our sizing and our stitching went out under other labels. Today the same jackets come straight to you.
The leather never changed. Only the price did.
For years we finished jackets in our workshop and sent them on to other companies. Each one reached its owner at a much higher price than it left us. Nothing about the jacket changed on the way: same hide, same stitching, same zip. What changed was the number of businesses taking a share.
So we decided to sell straight from the workshop. One maker, one honest price, delivered to your door with nothing extra to pay when it arrives.
We would rather keep a customer for ten years than make a sale for one season. Everything on this site is built around that.

Every NSM jacket is real leather. Most styles are soft lambskin; we also make suede and shearling pieces. Each hide is looked over by hand before a single panel is cut, because leather only gives you one chance to cut it right.

Our cutters and stitchers make leather jackets for a living. The same hands that make jackets for other labels make the ones you see here, on the same patterns and to the same sizing.
One price, straight from the workshop
No wholesaler, no distributor, no shop rent. Your money pays for the leather, the people who make the jacket, the hardware and lining, the box it arrives in, and shipping to your door. That is the whole list.

Not sure about your size? Use our fit guides or ask us on WhatsApp before you order. Before your jacket ships we send you a photo of it. If it is not right, you have 30 days to return it.
How a jacket is made
Hide selectionHides are chosen one at a time and checked for marks, thickness and softness.
Pattern cuttingPanels are cut on our own pattern blocks. A wrong cut is a wasted hide, so nothing is rushed.
StitchingSeams, pockets, collar and lining are sewn by people who stitch leather as their trade.
FinishingHardware is fitted, every seam is checked, and we photograph your jacket before it ships.

Do you really make jackets for other brands?
Yes. Our workshop produces jackets for established leather labels as a contract maker. We can't name them, but the jackets on this site use the same patterns, the same sizing and the same hands.
If it costs less, is the quality lower?
Not on the things that decide quality: the leather, the construction and the hardware. What you don't pay for is a high-street shop, a celebrity campaign or several layers of mark-up.

Most jackets are made to order in our Karachi workshop, and a selection of popular styles is also kept in stock in the US. Either way, orders are estimated to arrive in 4–5 business days from ordering, including 1 business day for making and processing plus 3–4 business days for courier transit.
