Is this genuine leather?
Yes. Every NSM Jackets product is made from 100% real leather (lambskin or cowhide, or genuine suede/shearling depending on the style) — never synthetic or "pleather."

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders arrive within 2-4 business days of ordering, with full tracking. Most jackets are made in our Karachi workshop, and selected in-stock styles ship within the US.

What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it, as long as it's unworn with tags attached. We also offer a free "Find My Fit" quiz to help you choose the right size before you order.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on every order to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia. We pay all import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Is return shipping free?
Yes, for customers in the US and UK, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Can I get a different size or color after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it. Once delivered, you can exchange it within the 30-day window.
